How can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order here.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes a tracking link. If you placed your order more than three business days ago and have not received a tracking link, your contact info may have been entered incorrectly at checkout. If this is the case, please contact info@porchandtea.com for assistance.

Please note that due to Covid-19, many carriers' tracking services have been delayed or showing inaccurate results. However, a vast majority of packages still arrive at the correct destination within the expected time frame. If your tracking does not update, please allow up to 15 business days for your package to arrive, then email info@porchandtea.com for assistance.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement.


Once you have placed and payment has been processed with us, our team works hard to make sure we are prompt in packing and processing your order. Therefore, please act swiftly in contacting us at info@porchandtea.com and we will happily assist you in a full refund provided it is within 24 hours of purchase. Beyond that, we can arrange for the return of the product for an exchange or refund.

Orders placement
Once you’ve placed an order with us you’ll receive an email to the address provided at checkout. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam / junk folder and double-check you entered your email address correctly. If you still haven’t received one after 48 hours, please contact us at info@porchandtea.com where we’ll be able to advise you further.
How much does shipping cost?
The transport companies we cooperating with are not only our business partners but also friends. We are happy to offer FREE Shipping worldwide to all customers on all purchases.
Which countries do you ship to and how long does shipping take?
Due to Covid-19, we are currently experiencing delays in fulfillment and shipping. Currently, we typically fulfill orders within 48 hours. Shipping to the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand usually takes anywhere from 5-9 business days after fulfillment or longer. Although most orders arrive more quickly, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive. See additional details on this page. Which currency will I be charged in?
We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart may be displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
Is product return really free?
We have a No-Hassle Free ReturnsPolicy.

To initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, please visit our returns portal. Please note that due to Covid-19, it can take up to 15 business days to process your return after it arrives at our facility.
What can I do if received a damaged item?
If you have received a damaged item, please let us know immediately at info@porchandtea.com so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible!

We are not responsible for any damages caused by wear and tear if the item does not fit due to issues with sizing. Damages caused by refitting and resizing on your own will not be accepted.
